September 19 next one, to l’occasion Park(ing) (Park(ing)) Day, the artists, designers, activists and citizens of 13 American cities make an appointment themselves to create fleeting gardens to the heart of their cities. A demonstration that invites us to rethink the place and the form of the green spaces in urban environment.

D’abord initiated to San Francisco by the group Rebar, Park(ing) (Park(ing)) Day Is aujourd’hui a national event to which one each can participate while conceiving l’espace d’une day a temporary and improvised garden. Some plants, a little garden furniture, it suffices sometimes of almost nothing to create natural and poetic parentheses to the heart of the concrete.

Temporary gardens are thus created to l’emplacement d’une places parking lot. D’autres again are traveling, to l’image Parkcycle, a movable green space conceived by the group Rebar.

Park(ing) (Park(ing)) Day Is a good occasion to discover original and experiences alternate. The green spaces take here well d’autres form that the traditional parks and gardens. Playful and light, this demonstration n’en is crammed not less than reflections that will not lack d’inspirer good number d’architectes or of landscape artists.
