26.03.20 Gundry + Ducker: White Rabbit House

Located in the Canonbury district of Islington (United Kingdom), characterized by a large presence of neo-Georgian mansions, a building from the 1970s stands out. Rehabilitated by the Gundry & Ducker architecture studio, the house with a thousand shades of green and terrazzo stands out in a typically English landscape.

During the last edition of FIAC, the fourth generation of Henri Matisse's heirs presented to the world his new project: Maison Matisse, a design editor who promises to reinterpret the iconic paintings of the great French painter into contemporary objects. Who says shopping can't be an architectural experience? Surely not the managers of the Italian luxury brand Prada who put their suitcases last month at the Galeries Lafayette in an unusual setting. Back on a scenography work like no other.

The contemporary Stationery Paper Tiger is getting a new look! 23.03.20 Focus on: Caudex Studio

Ceramics is back, it's official! But there is no question of being content with granny's plates and bowls. Thanks to numerous designer studios, ceramics is entering the 21st century and adopting bold shapes and colors. The perfect example to illustrate this trend? The young Caudex Studio, founded less than a year ago in Brooklyn, which surprises us with its sculptural containers.

A first for the center of art of national interest in the Var, whose historic building embodies the meeting between star sponsors, social patrons Charles and Marie-Laure de Noailles, and a famous modernist architect, Robert Mallet-Stevens.
