In southern Poland, the construction of this modern project inspired by the De Stijl style, the famous artistic movement of the Netherlands, is nearing completion. Here, energy-efficient materials, unique architecture and a friendly and inspiring space for children are skilfully combined.
MI-2 is the second part of a triptych of three family residences, located along the Rivière des Mille-Îles in Laval. The three houses are built of brick and this one, with its light gray hue, is placed chromatically in the center.
The concept of this set installed in Sopot in Poland, is inspired by the complexity of the waves of the sea and the local tradition of ornamental details carved on the facade elements. Based on these, the architects created a complex of five interdependent buildings, evoking wavy patterns.
The Infinity residence is part of a remarkable landscape context, characterized in particular by a listed wooded area encircling the plot. The project revolves around four sets of collective housing buildings in R+3 as well as two sets of houses grouped in R+1. Infinity includes 101 homes, ranging from T2 to T6 for grouped houses.
The Fontaine Saint-Lubin school complex is a project that responds to a major issue of homogenization. The proposed layout makes it possible to recreate a frontage unit to the north facing the agricultural landscape and thus offer better readability of the site.
