Studio Savvy : Boutique et cave à vin Rivero González

In Mexico City, the multidisciplinary agency Savvy imagined the first store winemaker Mexican Rivero González. A wine cellar 4 partitioned on distinct areas, a garden in the desert, a shop, a tasting room and finally an underground cellar. A simple project and refined at a time, which installs the Mexican land in the heart of the city.

Access to the store is through a desert-inspired garden and allows to enter a vaulted room where the shelves of black oak are embedded in the walls. The space is lined with a brick altar topped with a gray stone lid to invite consumers to an impromptu tasting. At the back of the shop, the visitor accesses a room with shades warmer and brighter in which visitors can sit back and enjoy products. At the back of the shop, an industrial lift provides access to the cellar itself. Elegant project in which architects emphasize values and terroirs of the producer, and where all the elements, whether functional or decorative refer visitors to the wine culture.
