RDAI : Espace petit H

In the heart of Saint Germain des Près in Paris, architect Denis Montel agency Rena Dumas Architecture Interior (IBLJ) designed the small space H of Hermès Rive Gauche shop in Paris. A world inspired by the stand of a bookseller, a merchant caravan, an ephemeral shop.

On 110 m², the architect has designed a modular wall paneling presentation that consists of wood panels with painted siding comprising a set of square holes receiving solid ash square stems. These rods can then push or move away from the structure independently, giving the organization the ability to change and adapt to the needs and uses of the moment. With this project, the agency IBLJ sign a real den of moving objects, where the walls, scalable to infinity, are full of wooden battens which push, repel, shooting themselves in achieving a functional, elegant and daring.
