Courchevel 1850, Rémi Giffon imagine the bathroom of a suite on the top floor of one of the most beautiful chalets of the resort. The interior architect designs a refined and intimate universe, which combines comfort, elegance and authenticity. For this project, Atelier Remi Giffon won the Trophy 1er price Axor 2015 in the Residential category.
"The bathroom is above all a place of fun and relaxation. Although small in size, a bathroom is a place of life that can be nice to live together" Rémi Giffon
The entire suite revolves around a central fireplace placed under the ridge and appreciable from both the bedroom and the bathroom. It gives a glimpse of a shower of generous dimensions. A double Corian basin receives water from the recessed taps of the Axor Citterio collection in its axis of evacuation, surmounted by a majestic polyhedron mirror.
The set is dressed in wood, stone and glass, noble and timeless materials. The tiles chosen for the floor, the shower and the fireplace imitate Vals stone. Its minerality combines with wood to create a natural and warm atmosphere: a certain vision of luxury in the mountains.
