The Baie-de-Valois Nautical Center is a realization of the consortium formed by PRISME and ADHOC Architectes.

Located in the effervescent Villeray district, in Montreal, this unique project is spread over three floors and offers 31 townhouses and 1 to 3 bedroom apartments benefiting from a green interior courtyard: a real rarity in the metropolis. Its construction was launched in the spring of 2022.
