Recognized worldwide for its expertise and its innovative technical and environmental performance, CLIPSO was selected by the architecture firm Hickok Cole to carry out an ambitious project during the renovation of the headquarters of the American Geophysical Union (AGU), a leading international non-profit scientific association based in Washington DC.

This detached house project located in the southern suburbs of Paris, in the Val-de-Marne department, was a geometric challenge for the Wao agency. The book was made for a family with two children. The plot is located in a suburban fabric in the northeast of Cachan.

MI-2 is the second part of a triptych of three family residences, located along the Rivière des Mille-Îles in Laval. The three houses are built of brick and this one, with its light gray hue, is placed chromatically in the center.
