The Fontaine Saint-Lubin school complex is a project that responds to a major issue of homogenization. The proposed layout makes it possible to recreate a frontage unit to the north facing the agricultural landscape and thus offer better readability of the site.
The Pavilion plays! will be presented for the first time in the gardens of the Villa Medici in Rome, from May 25 to October 2, 2022, and will then be exhibited in the Grand Parc des Docks de Saint-Ouen from spring 2023, in anticipation of and during the Games of Paris 2024.

On behalf of the management company Primonial REIM France, Sefal Property commissioned aKagreen to green the asset and thus participate in improving the environmental performance of Vitalys.
In Salerno, the design of the new airport is being developed according to an overall vision: the intervention is carried out in synergy with the landscape and the surrounding context, both weakened and tormented by the massive presence of the agricultural industry, but also bear great potential thanks to a central geographical location in the Mediterranean.
Nanshan Foreign Language School (NFLS) is a 54m000 primary and middle school campus that includes regular and more special classrooms, a library, a gymnasium, an indoor swimming pool, an auditorium and a dormitory for teachers, as well as dedicated canteens and playgrounds.
What is special about this project? These are two hotels located on the site of Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport in Roissy, one of the largest in the world! They are therefore mainly intended for tourist and business customers wishing to stay near an airport.
The challenge of this project: to draw a common thread between the history of the site, the program and nature, and thus magnify a unique and majestic territory. A mission entrusted to Blouin Tardif Architect and Éric Painchaud Architect by the Society of Outdoor Establishments of Quebec (SÉPAQ).
