An unexpected collaboration that has distinguished itself among 383 other smooth projects. The opportunity for us to look at the first prize of this prestigious award.

10.05.19 JTB.architecture and MaO architects: 71 social housing in La Courneuve

Symptom of the housing crisis of the 1960 years, the City of 4000 La Courneuve (93) quickly became one of the sensitive points of Seine Saint Denis, between political neglect, violence and decay; an observation that will have waited near 50 before being challenged awkwardly with the destruction of the Balzac bar in 2011. The wooden cage plays with shadows and lights to hide among the pines and oaks. A mysterious form for an experience worthy of a fantasy novel.

02.05.19 B720 Fermín Vazquez Arquitectos: Germina Fondació

Warm colors and a comforting space: this is the architecture promised by the Madrid studio B720 Fermin Vazquez for the Germina foundation.
