Set on a beach, this 36 m² mini cottage is the work of London design agency Studiomama. A maximum of functions and uses in a minimum of space.
Widely open to the sea, this small chalet gives pride of place to the view. In galvanized steel, its structure on stilts protects it from flooding. Its facade is made of cedar shingles and its interior walls are clad in softwood. Inside, the space is spread over several intermediate levels. The bedroom nestles on the mezzanine. Equipped with a large opening, it offers a panoramic view of the surroundings. On the ground floor, behind the kitchen are hidden the children's bunk beds and the bathroom.
