Guinée Potin : 16 logements intermédiaires

The Nantes agency Guine Potin Architectes has built 16 intermediate housing units for Bouygues Immobilier in the ZAC des Neufs Journaux in Chantepie in Ille-et-Vilaine. A wooden architecture crowned on the roof with solar panels which produce 30% of the domestic hot water needed by the inhabitants.
