Cut architectures : PNY

It is in the heart of the Marais in Paris that moved the third PNY restaurant, conceived and designed by the architectural firm Cut. The interior is inspired by the Miami 80's in a minimalist style with bright colors.

The PNY restaurant "Paris New York", specialized in Hamburger, offers a place at the crossroads between Paris and New York atmospheres without falling into recurrent clichés. The ceiling is white, some of the walls remained raw and contrast with the other lapped finishes. Iconic "booths" American dinners were revisited by architects. They take to the restaurant a more minimalist style, combining wood with a fine metal structure. The colors are bright, and stand out from the other two restaurants PNY settled in Paris, with darker shades.
