Brenac & Gonzalez & Associés : Lycée La Plaine

Since the beginning of the 2017 classes, the students of the La Plaine high school in the ZAC de Montjoie in Saint-Denis (93) spend their days in an establishment that would give him alone the desire to cram. Because despite the return, they had the chance to inaugurate a brand new establishment, carried out by Brenac & Gonzalez & Associates agency following the contest launched by the Regional Council of Ile-de-France. If those who have the math bump will see rather an 8 - or better, the sign of infinity - force is to note that the building offers a volumetric conducive to exchanges with the neighborhood facilitating in parallel the movement of future graduates between the different rooms.

Organic by its plan, this project is also by its facades and coatings. A reference to naturalness that is not only an aesthetic artifice, since the high school La Plaine is not stingy in good vibes from the ecological point of view: thermal envelope better than the regulatory standards, low power consumption, installation of almost 1 000 square meters of photovoltaic panels and even rainwater recovery for sanitary ...
