House dryer, Romestaing (47) - Christophe Hutin Architecture

In the heart of the Lot-et-Garonne vineyards, Christophe Hutin undertakes the rehabilitation of a tobacco drying shed in contemporary housing. An idea that came to him following the nostalgic request of a client who used to play there as a child and who now wanted to live there as an adult.

"Housing - Urban Center" Award

16 housing rue Pajol, Paris (18e) - Armand Nouvet Architecture and Town Planning

At the intersection of Philippe de Girard and Pajol streets in the 18ème arrondissement of Paris, these 16 social housing and two business premises are at the tip of the island. Produced by the Armand Nouvet Architecture and Urbanism agency, this operation replaces two substandard buildings near the ZAC Pajol.

34 social housing, Ville-d'Avray (92) - Jean & Aline Harari Architects

Located in the city of Avray street of Versailles, these 34 social housing were built by the agency Jean & Aline Harari architects. Constrained by a linear parcel bordered by the forest Fausses Reposes, this project takes advantage of the unusual characteristics of its plot while ensuring the greatest comfort for its inhabitants.

"Housing - University Residence" Award

Institute of the sea, Villefranche-sur-Mer (06) - CAB Architects

Located at the foot of a limestone cliff in Villefranche-sur-Mer (06), the Observatory's accommodation center has given its designers a hard time. A complex site that has not discouraged CAB Architects agency that delivers a raw building offering researchers who live a breathtaking view of the sea.
