nicolas laisné architectes et DREAM : Anis

Installed in the ZAC Méridia in Nice (06), the Anis project, designed by nicolas laisné architects and DREAM, offers a new vision of the tertiary building. Dynamic corridors, green facades, and multiple meeting places make this set a major asset of the new eco-district of the Riviera.

Orchestrated by Devilliers & Associés teams, the Nice Meridia technopole embodies the Mediterranean 2.0 district, between spectacular buildings, ecological awareness and the recentralization of man at the heart of the buildings. It is within this framework that Anis, a 7 square meter project combining offices and shops, has been built.

The whole is thought of as a new tertiary building standard where the classic organization of circulations is completely revised. Traditionally installed in the heart of the building, the passageways are here placed on the facades, punctuating the envelope of the coming come of the users. The vertical circulations serve the workspaces through large tree-lined terraces arranged in corridors, serving as external posts as well as places of relaxation and meeting. Vegetation adapts to the seasons, changing over time and making the project live throughout the year.

"While vertical stacking architecture separates spaces and people by level, outdoor staircases mixed with vast common spaces recreate links between workers. I like the idea of a building that offers spaces where people can meet. " Nicolas Laisné, architect

Positioning the traffic to the outside also changes the interior layout. Indeed, this bias allows contractors to imagine flexible and attractive plateaus as well as regular meeting points. Rather than protecting the building from the outside with insulations and heavy partitions, the designers choose to favor temperate outdoor spaces and open the rooms.

With the arrival of good weather, what a joy to be able to work outside!
