The umbrellas of Cherbourg, Cherbourg (50) - Trapèze Architecture

Who has never dreamed of designing their ideal home, one that will be like A to Z? What is a fantasy for many of us, the architects Frédéric Mouly and Manuèle van der Hoeven, from the Mova agency, made it a reality. Located in Montreuil (93), the house respects the vernacular architecture of the district while being inspired by Mediterranean landscapes and construction.

A village in the city. This is how could be summarized the intergenerational residence project of the architectural office a / LTA, posed in the ZAC Beauregard in Rennes (35). This set of 8 square meters, seeming to house various households resembling urban chalets, consists of three towers linked by a green island in the center.

13 straw wood houses, Nogent-le-Rotrou (28) - NZI
Odelaf sang that sadness, "It's when you have to live in Nogent-le-Rotrou". He certainly never saw the latest achievement of the Parisian firm NZI that sublimates the green landscape of the town of Eure and Loir. The project questions the notions of grouped individual housing and subdivisions through 13 graphic houses. Simple and efficient !

71 social housing units, La Courneuve (93) - JTB.architecture and MaO architects
Symptom of the housing crisis of the 1960s, the Cité des 4000 in La Courneuve (93) quickly became one of the sensitive points of Seine-Saint-Denis, between political neglect, violence and dilapidation; an observation that will have waited nearly 50 before being awkwardly questioned with the destruction of the Balzac bar in 2011. It is in this complex context that the teams of JTB.architecture and MaO architects are intervening today by proposing the construction of 71 social housing.

The architectural agency Pietri Architects erects a set of 145 apartments in Marseille (13) on a natural site with lush vegetation. The complex, located at the foot of the Aigle mountain, owes its name, La Crique, to its geographical location. Bright white architecture that enhances the 9th arrondissement while integrating harmoniously with the surrounding nature.

Accommodation on Saint Denis Island - Marin + Trottin + Peripheral Twin Architects
Appearing as one of the flagship venues of the 2024 Olympics in Paris, the city of Saint-Denis (93) is now a real playground for architects. The firm based in the capital, Marin + Trottin + Twin PERIPHERALS ARCHITECTS, are no exception and erect a building of 46 housing balconies wavy. A graphic achievement that testifies to the dynamism of the commune of La Petite Couronne.

The White Tree, Montpellier (34) - Nicolas Laisné, Dimitri Roussel, Manal Rachdi and Sou Fujimoto
Inaugurated yesterday, the White Tree seems well set to embody the Montpellier (94) of tomorrow. And for good reason, it took no less than four architects to carry out this colossal project. We thus find the experience and love of the spatial geometry of the Japanese Sou Fujimoto associated with new looks associates Nicolas Laisné and Dimitri Roussel as well as the founder of the French agency Oxo, Manal Rachdi.

Sensations, Strasbourg (67) - KOZ architectes
Wood is causing a sensation in Strasbourg (67)! The KOZ Architectes agency designs, for Eurométropole, a high-rise building entirely made of wood. Culminating at 38 meters high, the apartment building "Sensations" goes down in history, in front of the largest building in France using 100% this warm and ecological material.

26 PSLA accommodation - PASSIF, Montreuil (93) - Benjamin Fleury
The architect Benjamin Fleury erects twenty-six passive PSLA dwellings for COOPIMMO in Montreuil (93). The concrete and wood housing complex signals its presence at the neighborhood level while interacting with the surrounding suburban dwellings.
