The concrete skin veil façade is not interrupted by windows, and thus emphasizes the verticality of the project and gives it a futuristic appearance. The corner elements of the new formparts fab range made of glass-fiber reinforced concrete and with their sharp edges impress with their modernity and elegance. The homogeneous set of joints on the facade is particularly exceptional. The architects of the Fricout-Cassignol agency have also attached great importance to its meticulous realization. A very interesting architectural detail of the ZAC Moulon structure is the transition of the facade to a semi-transparent part, where it becomes a guardrail for the green roof, which also represents the ecological signature of the building.

For Rieder, innovation and sustainability are two of the driving forces behind the constant development of its products. The concrete fleece flat panels are thirteen millimeters thin and thus reduce the need for raw materials. They are available in a multitude of colors, surfaces and textures, and thus adapt perfectly to the most varied architectural projects. By giving up superfluous components, the character and authentic look of concrete is preserved. The absence of polluting and dangerous products such as crystalline silicon dioxide make it a cladding whose machining and handling presents no danger - even indoors - and makes it possible to completely recycle the panels. In line with a zero waste philosophy, innovative technologies help optimize cuts and persistent waste is largely converted back into smaller format products.

In order to reduce its carbon footprint, Rieder has implemented a strategy that aims to systematize the use of renewable energies for production, the replacement of part of the cement by other more ecological binders and the compensation of the inevitable carbon footprint through additional measures on which the group will communicate shortly.
