In Andalusia, in the Bay of Algeciras, stands this double tower built by the Madrid architect Rafael De La Hoz. Its astonishing facade consists of a concrete frame interlaced thick and stylized letters.

Mixed with the structure, these letters in bold type take up the text of a local legend: "Non Plus Ultra". Connected by a glass walkway, the two 2-storey towers over 20 m² house offices, bank branches, travel agents and a restaurant on the top floor, offering a panoramic view of the Strait of Gibraltar.
