On the Spanish island of Ibiza, in the Balearic Islands, the architecture studio Marià Castelló has built an elegant family home. Nestled among pines and junipers, Ca l'Amo is a haven of peace open to nature.

The Ca l'Amo holiday home, designed by the studio Marià Castelló, sits in an idyllic clearing in the Ibiza countryside. The residence consists of five similar, but separate rectangular volumes. The first three entities house the living spaces reserved for the family and the fourth is an independent accommodation dedicated to welcoming guests, while the fifth acts as a shaded terrace. Between the houses and the terrace is a private swimming pool, where the view of the surrounding mountains and forests is breathtaking.

Inside, the light colors and natural materials are inspired as much by the surrounding rural nature as by Mediterranean houses by the sea. With its pieces of furniture made to measure, its outdoor sofa Na Xemena imagined by José Gandia Blasco and Ramón Esteve for Gandía Blasco, its suspensions Aim of the Bouroullec brothers edited by Flos, its cool objects designed by Marià Castelló and Lorena Ruzafa, and its large picture windows, the Ca l'Amo displays refined simplicity.

A dream home for a summer stopover!
