On the edge of the Rennes ring road, rue de Châteaugiron, Kermarrec Promotion is setting up KEIJI, a 2m270 tertiary building intended to accommodate bright workspaces with generous volumes.

A real commercial success, these luxury offices have all found takers. Deliveries began on June 21 and will run until September 2022.

The prime location and its immediate access to the eastern ring road of Rennes are not the only assets of this tertiary real estate program. The whole has been designed in a quality of life at work approach: architecture signed Liouville Jan et Associés, giving a large place to beautiful volumes and luminosity, to materials and particularly elaborate outdoor spaces.

The floors of these luxury offices are delivered turnkey, that is to say furnished, non-partitioned and air-conditioned. Thanks to large glazed surfaces, they benefit from excellent natural lighting conditions all year round. The facade is equipped with external insulation as well as glazing treated in adequacy with the South orientation, taking into account the solar factor.

So that the rendering best suits the uses of the buyers, some floors have benefited from additional tailor-made fittings.

The large south-facing terraces and balconies maintain conviviality and extend the workspaces. Present on each floor, the outdoor spaces are vegetated, climbing plants and trees will thus come to dress the building and reinforce the architectural line of the project.
