From Thursday September 22 to Saturday September 24, 150 exhibitors and 3 visitors are expected in Paris for two days of exclusive business meetings with decision-makers in low-carbon real estate. Two professional days followed by the “Talents Day” dedicated to the recruitment and training of those who will be the bearers of the low carbon projects of tomorrow.
Organized jointly by the BBCA Association and France Conventions, Sibca will be the meeting place for real estate professionals in a changing ecosystem, to design, build and renovate the major urban projects and buildings of tomorrow. With the challenge of carbon neutrality 2050 and the new RE2020 regulations, controlling the carbon footprint is becoming the priority and the business of all stakeholders in the real estate sector.
Only real estate and building players offering low-carbon solutions or products can exhibit at Sibca, a guarantee of real carbon performance for visitors.
The show will be held at the Palais Éphémère, an iconic eco-responsible place and will be combined with a prestigious and low-carbon scenography. A true showcase of French excellence, the Sibca aims to reflect the low-carbon revolution and the changes undertaken by the sector.
The real estate offer in its entirety will be represented: promoters, territories and planners. Technical solutions will also be present alongside consulting and service professions: architects, engineering, builders, control office and services.
