Viennese artist and photographer, Hubert Blanz consists of urban landscapes and imaginary city plans by assembling old electronic components.

With his photographs, Hubert Blanz invites us to rediscover the circuit boards and electronic cards contained in our hi tech devices. Photographed macro perspective and for his series "Digital City" or above and more distant view for his series "Geospaces" these improbable component assemblies abound. The plots, volumes, reliefs, the regularity of certain frames and chaos in places appear more real than life cityscapes, digital spaces featuring abyss our global world and communicating.
