Parisian photographer Romain Villot raises his gaze on the city. From Berlin to Delhi via Paris, he observes the architecture, the material and details of the urban setting, emphasizing the loneliness of the individual in the city.

Straightforward or artifice, without retouching, cropping or editing, Romain Villot captures moments in the city, details and emotions. It reports loneliness, the inaccessibility, wandering at times, that the steel, glass, concrete and asphalt can be beautiful and alienating both.

Romain Villot exhibited his works on the occasion of the event MAC Paris from November 19 22 to 2009 at Espace Champerret in Paris.
