On the sidelines of Designer's Days 2009, Damien Gires and had LePlanB installation "Urban Seat". From clever additions that reinvent the existing street furniture.

Parisian design studio founded in 2007 by Damien Gires, LePlanB revisits the most common street furniture elements by grafting original creations. These complementary objects come here to complete the metal posts intended to prevent illegal parking. Through his intervention, Damien Gires adds a secondary function to them, this time addressing pedestrians. For the walker or the employee on a lunch break, the designer grafts on these posts small acidulous metal supports, thus creating as many swivel chairs and side tables.
