For Fabrica, Amaury Poudray designed this DIY wastebasket to use indoors and outdoors. Once filled, the user will take out his trash. And he will be able to turn it over and set it on fire thanks to the accumulated paper, in the silence of the night. All assemblies are made with wooden journals. Everything burns and nothing persists except the starry sky.
On this project, Amaury Poudray states:
"For me, the most important element to live whenever and wherever outside is Fire. I wanted an inside object able to go outside to give us fire. Corbeille is a bin for papers that you can reverse outside. It becomes a fireplace. All your accumulated papers makes it easier to start a fire at night, enjoy the silence and admire the milky way. To build it, you don't use any screws, only wooden sticks, after bruning it, everything has disappeared. "
Trash Amaury Poudray was presented for the first time at the Salone Internazionale Di 2011 Mobile in Milan, as part of the exhibition organized by At Casa on "DIY Garden".
