Constance Guisset : Tables miroir Francis

La success story Francis mirror signed by the French designer Constance Guisset continues. Its swirling patterns inspired by the movement of touches of paint on the surface of the water invite themselves to a collection of three surrealist-themed tables.

Mirror, my beautiful mirror ... The French designer Constance Guisset does not finish to enchant our daily life. After the success of Francis - holder of the 2012 Wallpaper Design Award and best sale of the publisher Petite Friture since 2012 - she declines her famous watercolor mirror series of tables for the publisher Petite Friture.

The designer exhibited at the Arts Décoratifs de Paris in 2017 plays the narcissi inspired by the swirling movements of pigments in dispersion on the surface of the water. Realized by hand then digitally reworked to perfect the game of transparency of colors, each painting is then printed and then fixed on ice.

"I try to create light, animated objects, whose elegant fluidity gives rise to astonishment and escape through dreams. " Constance Guisset, designer.

In total, there are six trays as hypnotic as delicate found on erected metal legs black or white in two heights.

At the crossroads between the dreamlike world of surrealists and the whimsical aesthetics of its creator, this series has everything to become iconic.
