Humbert & Poyet x The Invisible collection : What's up

Architects Humbert & Poyet unveil What's up, their first furniture series for The Invisible Collection online sales platform. A set of armchairs, lamps and tables with Art Déco accents that do not leave marble.

After dressing up a slew of gourmet addresses and hotels in the capital - The Beef Bar Paris, or the Hoxton Paris - Emil Humbert and Christophe Poyet enter the world of design brilliantly by signing What's up, a series of seating, tables and decorative objects. Their will ? Dust off the style of the 1930 years by adding a touch of modernity.

Presented in the hushed space of the London showroom of the site The Invisible Collection - offering a string of creations by the biggest names in design - the Franco-Monegasque duo series radiates elegance and sophistication. Attached to the excellence of noble materials, it is in the Italian quarries that they selected the marble blocks constituting the coffee tables, table lamps, and empty pockets handcrafted to reveal all the nuances of their veined appearance.

We can easily imagine the imposing Appoline table polished brass tray in a scene drawn from the Gatsby by Francis Scott Fitzgerald, as are the alabaster sconces and lampposts shining with a thousand lights on which are blown sandblasted lamps. Two models of wraparound armchairs, one adorned with linen and white cotton, the other with blue velvet complete the ensemble.

So chic!
