Zuiver : Thirsty Chair

The Dutch brand Zuiver is committed to eco-responsible design and unveils the "Thirsty" range, a collection of chairs made from recycled plastic. The result ? Timeless and refined models which prove that for an aesthetic rendering, there is no need to bet on polluting materials and design methods!

"The design of tomorrow for today's interior". This is the leitmotif of Zuiver, a Dutch design publisher created in 2016. To respect its motto, the brand relies on elegant designs to which unexpected materials can give life. This is particularly the case with the “Thirsty” range, a collection of seats that respect the environment.

The seats are made from 60 to 100 used plastic bottles directly harvested in China, the country where the chairs are also mounted. A choice of brand that limits unnecessary transport and the carbon footprint linked to delivery. The base in polyethylene terephthalate (PET), a light, resistant and 100% recyclable material, is then hoisted onto a steel base from renewable sources.

The chair is available with or without armrests and is available in four colors - pink, blue, black and gray. The sober and contemporary model adapts to any type of interior, whether domestic or tertiary.

A commitment that only requires taking a bottle!
