Atelier Sauvage : Créations

Co-founder and director of Atelier Sauvage, cabinetmaker and designer Albane Salmon draws and manufactures solid wood objects halfway between sculpture and cabinetmaking, thus playing the card of creativity.

L'Atelier Sauvage is a craft workshop for the creation and manufacture of furniture based in Bagnolet (93), which advocates a very contemporary daring and freedom. Since 2015, Albane Salmon has in fact imagined pieces of furniture and fittings in solid wood for current interiors. His daring creations now appeal to individuals and professionals.

The subtle play of materials in her furniture has already caused a sensation at several events. His Moeraki screen, a colorful composite object imagined in collaboration with illustrator and designer Marie de Lignerolles, made a strong impression at the Révélations show (Grand Palais, Paris) in 2017, while his little bench in solid sycamore maple Trace, a unique modeled piece "By show of hands," pointed out to the last COLLECTIBLE (Espace Vanderborght, Brussels) in 2020.

The sculptural pieces of furniture signed Atelier Sauvage combine simple shapes, sober hues and effects of delicate materials. Strongly inspired by nature, Albane Salmon emphasizes the natural beauty of wood and favors a fine economy of means to reveal all the poetry of the materials it works.

Essential pieces that stand out for their great originality.
