The French designer Frédéric Imbert - to whom we owe the contemporary furniture of Isabel Marant shops - signs a black marble side table with an architectural look. Published by Archimobilier and limited to twenty copies, Totem 03 - Side Table 03 is an exceptional piece with assumed materiality.
Since graduating in Interior Architecture in 2010, Frédéric Imbert is interested in various projects. His career quickly led the young French to imagine architectures, interiors, scenographies and pieces of furniture. Today, he lives and works between Paris and Beirut (Lebanon).
Sensory and refined, the side table Totem 03 - Side Table 03 is characterized first by the duality of his epure. A singular form indeed, between sensual curves and straight lines, which makes this demythified abstract totem a true object of visual delight.
The creation of Frédéric Imbert then oscillates art and design. The object of everyday life, the table is nevertheless akin to a sculptural work as much by the brilliance of its marble with apparent white veins as by its contrasting silhouette.
A design piece to watch without moderation.
