Organic shapes, sensual lines, multiple references to Provence… the third collection by designer Margaux Keller is a tribute to the south of France.
A graduate of the National School of Applied Arts and Crafts Olivier de Serres and the Boulle School, Margaux Keller cut her teeth in major agencies, from Philippe Starck to La Fabrica. In 2012, she returned to Marseille (13), her native life, to found her global design agency, and then collaborated with prestigious brands such as Yves Saint Laurent Beauté, Dior Parfums, Roche Bobois, Cartier, Made.com, La Redoute Interiors, Habitat. In 2015, she became artistic director of the publisher Bibelo, without ceasing her activities at the agency. Drawing on her experience, she launched her own brand of objects in 2019. Co-founded with Anaïs Fretigny, Margaux Keller Collections has since offered objects designed by Margaux Keller, made locally by artisans, published in limited series and sold online at the brand's website.
This fall, Margaux Keller launched its 03 series. Designed during confinement, the “Pin Parasol” collection is inspired by this iconic tree from the Riviera basin. "During these sixty days I dreamed of a large Parasol Pine: its majesty, its curves, the deep green of its thorns, its bewitching scent", says the designer. "This series 03 is an invitation to contemplation, a tribute to this tree so emblematic of an art of living in the south of France", she continues. Its third collection consists of the Fani stool, the Pinède wall shelf, Honorine and Panisse candlesticks and Parasol glasses, all inspired by this majestic conifer.
