This Rochus Jacob rocking chair uses the energy produced by the pendulum movement to power an integrated reading light.

With this project, Rochus Jacob intends to take advantage of the energy produced by the human body during our daily activities. Thanks to a miniaturized dynamo system and a storage battery integrated into the structure of the chair, the pendulum movement will naturally be able to supply electricity to a lamp made up of a curved OLED panel in the shape of a lampshade. A simple, brilliant and ecological idea that won a prize in the last "Designboom green life competition".
