For spring 2022, Svenskt Tenn is teaming up with Charlotte Lynggaard and launching a tableware collection. Called The North Sea, it includes two tablecloths, three different napkins, a placemat, two trays and two pewter napkin rings. The collection is inspired by nature, like the jewelry Charlotte designs for her brand Ole Lynggaard Copenhagen.

Charlotte has a great passion for tableware, she creates napkins, tablecloths and placemats in fine linen, beautiful trays and pewter napkin rings. The fish is a recurring motif and one of the designer's favourites. "I have always loved fish because I think they evoke a sense of dreaminess and wonder. My designs are partly interpretations of the fish that live in the sea in front of our house in Öresund, a place between Denmark and Sweden", explains Charlotte Lynggaard.

Thommy Bindefeld, Creative Director at Svenskt Tenn, says: "Charlotte Lynggaard is one of Scandinavia's foremost jewelry designers and it is wonderful that Svenskt Tenn can launch its first home decor collection using textiles".

The fabrics of The North Sea collection are printed in France on the highest quality Belgian linen.

As a trained goldsmith, Charlotte Lynggaard is passionate about craftsmanship and knows how to work with different materials, metals and gemstones to meet her creative visions. Combining femininity and daring elegance, she creates fine jewelry inspired by nature. Its collections carry elements of organic and majestic beauty, always expressing a joie de vivre.

Her passion for beauty, she puts it here at the service of a collection whose finesse is matched only by her talent.
