Pli launches the first edition of the Pli Public Workshop (PPW), a contest for young architects, artists and designers to promote different approaches to architectural creation. The PPW's creation assistance program allows candidates to produce a project while benefiting from professional follow-up until the collective exhibition.

For its launch, the PPW addresses the notion of obsession, which is also the central theme of the fifth issue of the journal.
