Agence Desjeux Delaye : Hôtel Bob

Bob, what a curious name for a hotel! It is actually the acronym of Business On Board and is intended to accommodate both tourists and companies looking for co-working spaces. A place signed by the agency Desjeux Delaye, to discover in the 14e arrondissement of Paris.

In the heart of the Pernety street (14e) hides a jewel case. From the lobby, the Bob Hotel, located on 6 floors, immerses its client in an atmosphere worthy of the 1970 years in Los Angeles. The visitor registers his reservation on retro seats with round shapes, declined throughout the place. A light reflecting the visual identity of the hostel overlooks this space and immediately plunges the clientele into the heart of the matter: here, we are far from the traditional accommodation places a strand stilted, the main objective being to enjoy its Stay while having fun.

Once the entrance is over, the visitor passes through a tropical patio, always in an atmosphere inspired by the east coast of the United States. Ideal for taking breakfast in the sun away from the hustle and bustle of the capital, tables are also privatizable for work. Moreover, when one walks on this outside space, one walks on a glass floor zenithally lighting a space in the basement entirely dedicated to co-working. The pension wants to be a pied-à-terre for the business travelers, offering a maximum of rooms to serve their activities, while reviving a typology sometimes austere.

If the tourist wants to access his penatoes, he must first pass through a warm lounge, whose lights were designed by the agency Desjeux Delaye, who will also launch his first collection of lighting at the upcoming Paris Design Week .

The 45 rooms are available in three models: Ana, the smallest, made in blue tones; Eve, of medium size, mixing green and yellow; And Bob, the largest, which embellishes touches of red with the massive use of gray. The dressing room, designed by the duo, is suspended and resumes the round lines adopted by the architects. The furniture of the bathrooms is also the work of the latter and its striated pattern is taken up on the buffet placed in the patio. In the basement, both designers install a spa, allowing workers to relax outside their apartments.

The whole place offers a cheerful and playful place, in which it is also pleasant to simply enjoy its stay than to organize meetings.
