Masquespacio : Somriures

To give us a smile, the Somriures Spanish Dental Clinic does not do things in half! Indeed, for their firm located in the village of L'Alcudia (Spain), the owners of the place have appealed to the local design agency Masquespacio to create a pop universe, tangy and soothing, far from the usual medical surfaces aseptic .

After noticing the Valencian management studio Masquespacio on social networks, Alberto and Maite, orthodontists and owners of the firm Somriures - translating "smiles" in Catalan - have chosen to call on him to renovate their old disrepair located in the center of the village of L'Alcudia.

Echoing the activity of the health care establishment specializing in dental care, the Spanish designers imagine a funny sculpture made of 2 884 vertical uprights of white wood that extend from the entrance hall to the ceiling of different cabins, recalling the shape of a smile.

A curvaceous layout, particularly visible on the white domed counter and the semicircular waiting bench, whose brown and blue leather shades contrast sharply with the ubiquitous turquoise on the floor and wall. A few pop and kitsch notes, introduced into the velvet armchairs, plastic pineapples or even the bombshell-shaped reading tablets, reinforce the staggered dimension of the place, just like the previous achievements of the agency.

A universe that would almost make us want to go to the dentist more often!
