Beckmann/N'Thépé : Le Parister

At the 19 number of rue Saulnier in Paris (9e), the Beckmann / N'Thépé agency delivers a polymorphic hotel: the Parister. Do not be fooled by appearances, behind a wise Parisian façade on the street hides, on the courtyard side, a telluric edifice that contrasts with the usual island capitals of the capital.

In 2015, the entrepreneur and businessman Nicolas Nonon, here associated with Maxime Brabant, abandons the sector of industrial logistics for the hotel industry. He then bought an office building of the 1990 years in the heart of the 9e district of Paris, close to the Folies Bergères, which he entrusted the rehabilitation at Beckmann / N'Thépé studio. The Parisian agency then has the mission to transform this sad tertiary building with garden into a star 5 establishment. A first for her.

In agreement with the architect of the buildings of France, the two masters of work preserve the old spirit of the main facade. Behind, everything is redeveloped and reorganized according to a tripartite division comprising two buildings in R + 4 separated by a patio with a plot of land of 40 square meters, camouflaging the zenith lighting of a swimming pool 20 meters long lying on the lower level, as well as a gym. This interstitial zone, one of whose sides is clad in wood at the bottom and above textured sprayed concrete, is overlooked by metal walkways with planters - which give its name to the restaurant / cocktail bar located on the ground floor. floor.
Inside, the red thread developed by the decorator Céline Boullenger is brass, mixed with wood, marble and terrazzo, both in common areas and 45 rooms and suites, some of which have a terrace.

A new life thus begins for what was only a bland tertiary ensemble.
