Renesa Architecture Design Interiors : The Pink Zebra

On almost 4 000 square meters, the Indian agency Renesa Architecture Design Interiors realizes the Pink Zebra, a bar / restaurant with more than typical atmosphere. A motley decor where consumption of psychotropic is useless to see life in candy pink and stripes.

In Kampur, a city of 2 millions of people in northern India, a funny colorful UFO has just landed. The local agency Renesa Architecture Design Interiors delivers its own interpretation of "Art Nouveau Paillette" in a surprising rehabilitation of a building of three levels, where the masters claim a right to strangeness. To break the monotony of classical architectural elements such as semicircular arches or the orthonormal plane, the studio develops a pink color palette, to which are added white and black stripes randomly positioned on the floors, walls and walls. ceilings, as well as a set of zenith stands on the top floor converted into a terrace.

A new, powerful cladding, halfway between a Wes Anderson and Bollywood universe, which would almost forget the colonial profile of the original building.
