YAD Space : Siège de Bouygues Immobilier

Since 2009, the premises of Bouygues Immobilier take place in the tower Galéo, a notable building designed by Christian de Portzamparc in Issy-les-Moulinaux (92). While the envelope generated a lot of reactions - both positive and negative - the building owners' offices did not shine with their ergonomics. 10 years later, this is now a thing of the past. Decoding of the company's brand new seat, signed YAD Space.

Previously dispersed in three buildings, Bouygues Immobilier's teams did not benefit from a functional working environment that fostered communication and teamwork. A major problem to which teams YAD Space, design agency specializing in the design and development of spaces, respond by proposing a NWOW - or "New Way of Working" - bringing together in one place all the employees of the company.
If all users now share the same building, each floor remains dedicated to a single profession - human resources, communication, management, etc. The goal was to find the right balance between intimacy and meeting and discussion points, all in a set of 5 500 square meters. A task that was not easy at first, which the designers were able to deal with with intelligence and rigor.

The intervention begins logically on the ground floor where the reception of users has been redesigned and moved to the Galéo Café. With the south and west walls fully glazed, the space is bright and warm; an atmosphere exacerbated by the large presence of wood in interior fittings, flooring and furniture. Scandinavian-inspired, the numerous seats are available in various colors and alternate textures, contrasting with metal frames and colored partitions, which assemble a raw industrial aspect. The multipurpose space thus provides visitors with a whole range of recesses and space dedicated to fluctuating activities.
This same dynamic, which is reflected in the higher levels, allows different offices to share their own identity and assumed. The enthusiastic mixture between the different office units is nevertheless harmonized by open-space co-working spaces, equitably distributed, which make a visual transition as well as the layout of the private spaces.

A proactive place where concentration is stimulated, and that is not likely to be boring!
