Lecoadic-Scotto : Cour des Vosges

Luxurious lush greenery of Paris, the Place des Vosges is embellished with a hotel offering exceptional views of this emblematic square of the capital. For the "Cour des Vosges", the architects of the Lecoadic-Scotto agency are taking over the walls of the old Montbrun hotel and are proposing a contemporary rewriting of these previously dilapidated spaces.

Of the charm of the old mansion dating from 1654, there was not much left. Formerly jewels of the 4th arrondissement, the place was transformed into a tertiary complex where linoleum and false ceiling concealed French-painted ceilings, moldings and terracotta floors.

An idyllic setting that the Lecoadic-Scotto agency teams decide to sublimate and bring into the 25st century. It is a real dialogue between eras that takes place in this set deployed on four levels comprising twelve unique rooms and suites - ranging from 60 to XNUMX square meters - all overlooking the Louis-XIII square and its pink brick buildings . The ground floor houses a restaurant, a pastry shop and a common area, intended for the relaxation of users.

On the decor side, the project managers bet on a mixture of styles and make hand-painted ceilings and vintage red tiles coexist with canopy stainless steel beds, monochrome hanging tapestries and designer furniture from the 1970s .

" Luxury, calm and voluptuousness ".
