In a thoughtful and felt approach, Fanny Rozé nourishes her aestheticism with her dual Franco-Italian culture, loving to marry French refinement with Italian generosity. Inspired by women architects like Gae Aulenti, she developed her taste for beauty in other arts of living and in her travels, to keep a fresh eye on the transformations of architecture and the culture of housing.
DPLG architect since 2002, Fanny Rozé oriented the beginning of her career towards town planning and landscape, notably with a stint with Bruno Fortier and Agence Ter. She then joined the Agence Nicolas Michelin & Associés as director of the housing division for 5 years. Eager to move towards high-end residential projects, she founded her eponymous agency in 2011 and surrounded herself with a multidisciplinary team of 7 collaborators.
Located at 99 boulevard Malesherbes, this beautiful Haussmannian address consists of a private mansion of offices and luxury apartments. Taking into account the evolutions and transformations of living and working styles, Fanny Rozé offers a new approach to the office and the home, based on comfort and mixed use. Following on from the comfortable apartments, the offices are transformed into real living spaces, with the integration of collaborative spaces where sofas and armchairs sit alongside a library or even a table football.
Designed in such a way that users feel at home, it has taken care of the smallest details and chosen contemporary furniture that reconciles aesthetics and ergonomics. Eager to instigate a real identity in these spaces, the architect has also integrated many works of art and worked with craftsmen with recognized know-how.
The Fanny Rozé Architecture agency was founded with the desire to create a generous and rigorous project factory. Intuitive and inventive, she cultivates the uniqueness of each project, in architecture as in interior design, and puts her seasoned technical expertise at the service of tailor-made. His approach as an architect starts from a search for meaning and coherence, with as a starting point the deep listening of those who will live the project. From conception to the smallest details of realization, Fanny Rozé conceives each interior design project as a story to be made, where the mastery of construction techniques allows her to play with the old to reveal it through a contemporary approach.
For the sake of exclusivity and personalization, the agency collaborates with craftsmen and houses with recognized know-how. She also works with virtual reality to create universes in which clients can project themselves before the realization. From architecture to interior design, Fanny Rozé works with individuals and institutions – companies, hotels, restaurants, retail, to support them in their creation, transformation and property acquisition projects.
