The MUR.MUR agency signs the architecture and decoration of Refill, the most chic eco-responsible grocery store in all of Paris! Lucie Rosenblatt and Benoît Huen played with the structural envelope and the existing circulation of this 75m2 space.

As soon as they enter, customers are greeted by a monolithic white counter with round shapes, opposite which a display unit in burgundy earthenware tiles creates an elegant and refined aesthetic dialogue. The place has a beautiful perspective that the MUR.MUR agency has been able to highlight. We let ourselves be happily absorbed by the central arch which guides us towards the back of the store.

Lucie and Benoît imagined a diffuse light, accentuated by the presence of many mirrors on the walls. Faithful to their training as DPLG architects, the duo celebrates the raw aspect of materials, transforming whitewashed bricks, bare walls and ceilings into decorative elements. For educational purposes, workshop tables that have become product presentation supports guide customers through this new way of selling (and living) without waste.

By simplifying the display, shelves in raw wood perform the same function. With Refill, the MUR.MUR agency delivers a singular interpretation of the neighborhood grocery store, where purity and softness interact intelligently.
