Aann Haus is a property of 604 m², imagined as a place to live and relax and giving the impression of a resort in a seaside resort, in the middle of town yet … 

Here, the architects wanted to create something like a “mini-resort” thanks to a plan ensuring continuity between the interior and the exterior. It emerges from the design, a clever mix between tradition and modernity in a highly luxurious atmosphere... 

As soon as you enter the premises, the pond of water lilies, aquatic plants and lotuses set the scene and invite you to escape... Another strong point of the exterior decoration: a sculpture borrowed from the Stone Age illuminated with dimmed lights the night… 

Inside, wood accents create warmth in an ultra-contemporary atmosphere. Major assets of the place: its huge bay windows offering a breathtaking view of the remarkable garden. A little corner of paradise, in short…
