In the gardens of the Albertine in the center of Brussels, the Polish Pawel Gobelny designer created the bench "Monolit". Statuesque, this creation of cons-plated aluminum stretches her curves to come curl up between the hedges trimmed garden.

Located in an exceptional site, between the Royal Library Albert I and the Mont des Arts, this French-style garden is very scheduled and therefore a source of stress for the integration of urban furniture. The designer has opted for syncopated lines that meet the almost military geometry of the garden but also recall the architecture of the surrounding buildings. Pawel Grobelny has opted to design a seat whose shape and dimensions follow the rules of composition and scale of the Albertine to blend into the landscape.
