The Traccia decorative wall from the Muri di Pietra collection by Lithos Design was selected by Gantous Arquitectos for the realization of Casa Kem, a superb private residence located in Mérida, Yucatán, Mexico.

The design of the place, fully integrated into its environment, favors a linear layout on a single level. The exposed white concrete contrasts with the wood present, while the Italian marble provides decorative continuity.

The most surprising space remains the large room located in the heart of the house and overlooking the swimming pool. Equipped with large "retractable" sliding windows, it benefits from a direct connection with the outdoor spaces, almost as if they were part of the interior.

In the center of the room, the freestanding partition in Traccia marble by Lithos Design in Grigio Tundra separates the living room from the dining room, in an original decorative setting.

All the potential of marble is expressed here through the uniqueness of the Lithos Design decoration thanks to a product that fits perfectly into the architecture of contemporary houses...
