Granadilla is a Parisian design studio founded in 2014 by Ludovic Falédam. Graduate of the National School of Applied Arts and Crafts Paris of Art in Design section of space, it now says its aesthetics through elegant contemporary lighting. Combining travel and reverie to the accuracy and rigor instilled by his teaching, he transports us in a vibrant universe to the variable geometry.
"I was looking to create elements that animate the space while standing still; objects that make the light vibrate when you move around."
It thus produces clouds geometric shapes using thin wooden sticks. To enhance the play of light, it naturally has the idea of light structures. It shapes from this three-dimensional latticework envelop light to magnify.
"Light is a particle and a wave, both fragmented and continue.C'est I wanted that one perceives when looking at such suspensions: a perpetual twinkle Just like when we look at. stars."
Thus were born Cassiopeia, the first "star" and her daughter Andromeda. They are now joined by Pegasus, Perseus and Cepheus who complete this elegant suspensions family.
