PDW : Xiral Segard : Watertower at home

Under the exposure NOW! Off on the ParisDesignWeek 2012, Xiral Segard unveiled its new project "Watertower at home", small side tables made of concrete with lines inspired by those water towers.

Xiral Segard states:

"The side table concrete Watertower at home is a tribute to this monumental architecture that punctuates the landscape of the French countryside, an island of concrete in the middle of nowhere. All three models explores a specific typologies to the water tower shaped hyperbola, hourglass, conical or with a strong corbelling. Its gross surface appearance shows the manufacturing steps. This small table is provided with a removable tray made of wood formwork covering a storage tank. "
