To present Kook, Karim Rashid says: "I follow a minimalist approach in my kitchen, and prefer to create suggestive surfaces broken by splashes of strong color. For the kitchen Kook I wanted to create an innovative design to convert more absorbent culinary challenges in a pure aesthetic pleasure".

The furniture is completely open to give a full view of everything in them, and they close when the meal is prepared by allowing the neat and orderly kitchen. The curtains also unveil informed shelves with LED and an integrated hood above the cooktop. Using angled furniture, bulkier accessories can be stored up while the smallest - easy to reach - will be positioned at the bottom, making the act of cooking more comfortable and functional. Low furniture with keyless are highlighted by colored LED strips and inclined to ensure perfect connection to the work surface. Kook also has a sink that disappears under a cutting board attached to the worktop, creating a uniform surface. The use of synthetic resin applied on facades invisible aluminum frame creates a bond that united technicality, durability and aesthetic minimalism.
