Rugs of this collection created by Jan Kath are decorated with partly offset by an acid treatment patterns. A reflection on the aesthetics of destruction, the wear and the effects of time.

Manufactured in factories in Kathmandu, these carpets are adorned with motifs inspired Italian tapestries and Indian saris. After weaving past with acid, they see their decor erase partially. These mats are made to order, the customer can choose the color, material, density, size, design but also the degree of erosion.
